Seminar: Starting & Funding A Wellhead Protection Program

March 3, 2003; 2--4 pm

This seminar will provide you with a detailed explanation of the state's popular wellhead protection program. Our guest speaker will be Kelly Klump of the Michigan Rural Water Association. Ms. Klump is a former MDEQ staff member, who now distributes information on the program through MRWA. One unique feature of this program is that you can reapply over consecutive years--allowing you to spread out the cost of a program and maximize the dollars your community can receive.
