We are proud of the opportunities we have been given to contribute to the community. Some of our larger projects include Traverse City's Great Wolf Lodge, The Grand Traverse Resort, as well as countless smaller projects. In fact, in 2002 we celebrated our 100,000th project.

Local, state, and federal governmental bodies have also recognized Gourdie-Fraser's expertise, and have sought our direction for over $1,000,000,000 worth of capital improvement projects. With rising infrastructure costs you need to be efficient and smart in your design--but some grant money always helps. GFA has facilitated over $10 million dollars in grant funding for clients in the past five years alone.
